The elected American victim of a shooting in January, gave his first televised interview to ABC. Smiling and talkative, Gabrielle Giffords appears to have recovered well from which she received the ball in the head last January in Tucson, Arizona, and has even written a book with her husband, astronaut Mark Kelly.
