A man about 30 years old was hung from a pulley attached to the Tappan Zee Bridge in New York metropolitan area, to show a huge hand painted sign protesting against authorities Rockland County.
The legend on the sign did not allow to clearly establish the reason for the complaint, although referred to the cover of revenge and the Legislature of Rockland.
