Open Question: My computer went from great to...? crazy in a matter of two days! I come home one day and the screen is all changed, it wouldn't connect to the internet. Now when I turn it on it says "back up files, and have your hardware replaced". Now when I upgrade sum programs it uninstall them but won't reinstall.
