Open Question: bricked ipad please help?

Hey Guys/Girls I jailbroke my ipad and i installed black1rain on cydia and then it told me to reboot the device and i did and it got stuck on the boot logo so i put it in dfu mode and tried restoring it now everytime i restore it it comes up with error 1611 how can i fix this and please dont be putting a link down for the apple website ive already went there and tried the possible solutions and when ever i plug my ipad in on my computer it always pops up in dfu mode
