Open Question: Installous apps won't show or work?

I just Jailbroke my 2 gen touch and have cydia, installous and winterboard.. Downloading themes, etc. work off cydia, but installing apps off installous don't show on my home screen! I've tried rebooting, downloading another app of app store, and reinstalling tools in cydia! But I can't find the Darwin cc tools, and the other minor ones..plz helpp me!!
