Open Question: dtxmania songs off sync?

Almost all the songs i downloaded for dtxmania are off sync. How can i fix it? I know i can just use shift in the middle of the song to adjust the bgm but i don't know what to set it too because the possibilities are endless! Is there another way to fix this problem or something?
