Open Question: How do I get people to join a web forum?

I have made a web forum about BBWs and SSBBWs and I was wondering how to get people to join and use it. It was created about a year ago and so far there are only 2 members. The web address is http://the-bbw-forum.1599426.n2.nabble.com
