Open Question: MP4 Clip (Moulin Rouge) moving too quickly?

I recently acquired an MP4, but it seems that it is almost too fast. Though the video and the audio sync up just fine, the video seems to be moving very quickly, and it's somewhat annoying.. Can anybody tell me what the problem is? Thanks!
