Open Question: motherboard over heating PLZ HELP!!!?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oaguHohLcTU PLZ HELP i cleaned all the dust out an checked all the connections and cleared the wires as best i culd and have alot of air flow going through it and its still anywhere from 99-109 *C (not CPU the motherboard) and its confusing as hell! (and i checked the heat sink. 2 of the pins that hold it down fell out but it is still held in place well)
